Flora Candardjis

Flora Candardjis is an immersive event designer and the founder of Reevento, where she helps communities, teams, and creative ecosystems turn simple gatherings into meaningful experiences. Based between Marseille and different parts of Europe, she designs events where people don’t just attend—they feel present, connected, and inspired. Her approach combines atmosphere design, rhythm, sensory cues, and human-centered facilitation to create memorable moments in both large and intimate formats. Flora works with tech communities, remote teams, and innovative organisations across Europe, with a focus on emotional engagement and collective energy. At the Alicante Nomad Summit, she will share practical insights on how to design immersive events that people remember long after they end.
