Nia Tcholadze

Nia Tcholadze has spent the last 4+ years working across product management, operations, and executive support for international startups and remote teams. She served as Lead Product Manager at Edumentors, a global EdTech platform in the UK, and currently leads operations for Launch Coaching Lab (USA) and consults for Insel Projekt (Berlin) — all while working location-independently. That hands-on experience on the inside of fast-moving teams is what led her to found MDIVAN, a managed Business Associate service that matches European startup founders with skilled remote talent.
